client to PLANT BA AND PALNT B DELIVERS THE GOODS TO PALNT
A AND INVOICES IN WITH INTERCOMPNAY BILLIGN THEN PALNT A
WILL FURTHER DELIVER THE GOODS TO ITS CUSTOMER AND THE
BILL THEM ACCORDINGLY
