Pvt Ltd.co
Should have minimum 2 members & restricted to max no.of members to 50
=> should not accept shares from general Public
Where as
Public limited co.
Should have min 3 memb & no restrictions of max. no.of membs
=> can accept/ issue shares from / to gen. public
