Hi every body,
360 Degree appraisal is know as employee yearly or period
appraisal happens in automatic method, 360 degree appraisal
is a circle, the employee need to complete that circle to
get appraisal, in that circle employee need to face
evaluation, self evaluation, and collegue or higher
authority, and written test, attendance and behaviour etc,
finally appraisal manager calculate the employee score in
different way and give the appraisal or depromote due to
his appraisal score.
