IDLE EARTH RESISTANCE MEANS ZERO RESISTANCE.BUT THE EARTH
RESISTANCE WIL NOT BE ZERO.THE EARTH RESISTANCE SHOULD BE
LESS THAN 2ohm,But indusealy earth resistance will
<5ohm.Grid resistance will be< 1ohm.
