When a bug posted by QA is rejected by Dev and Dev says is
not a bug. How to convince Dev that it is a valid bug?

Suppose bug is related with functionality then will explain
to ref him requirement docs or if it is related with UI
then will show him wats the risk of that bug by user point
of view

Build with fixes has been deployed on QA environment if asked by your manager to reproduce how can you reproduce the issues? (by using the previous build) Can you access the previous build? If so ,what are the tools or how can you access?

You must test a trouble report where the problem cannot be reproduced. You tried using various test data files and mutations from the data files the customer sent along with the trouble report. The software does not fail the way it did at the customer's site.
