What will be maximum output and input current of 1KVA &
2KVA UPS?
Answer Posted / sarita
1 KVA system can give you a maximum load putting capacity of
800 watts and if you are putting 100% load on the systems
i.e. 800 watts your maximum output current will be 800/230 =
3.47 A(A.C) and correspondingly for 2 KVA system it will be
2* 3.47= 6.95 A.
For calculating the maximum input current the maximum Load +
battery charging current will be taken into account. i.e.
for 1KVA it will be 3.47 + 2.45 considering the system to be
of 4 batteries and charging current to be 10 A so it will be
5.92 A for 1 KVA system. And it will be 6.95 + 4.904 for the
same charging current with 8 batteries in system so the
total will be 11.85 A.

One thing you should remember while trying to solve a math series is that math skills are generally not that important, but rather a vulture’s eye is required to get a strong hold on the unusual, yet a craziest of the logical minds is. Keep this in mind and try to complete the sequence with the appropriate number: 201315, 71280, 9253, 212, ?
