hi friends
I chose hr as my career because it is not only one of the department which really uplift a person but also make his career in that position , not only to train or expertise himself .. also the employees around him/her.
also it is one of the steeping stone of every organisation
that directs other departments.
therefore i believe i will also make an intervention which will really benefit a reputated organisation as an a hr personnel .
