Retroaccounting in sap hr is also called as Retro Pay.

Retro Pay means any payment which related to previous pay
(For instance, it could related to previous fortnight,
month or year.

I am currently working for an Australian Payroll Analyst
Team and the application used is SAP (R3) HR.
