Answer#4 is OK except that Heaters, Resistors and Lamp filaments, being coils, are not pure non-inductive loads in theory. Hence the power factor (p.f.) can be near unity and not 'always unity'.
With advancement in electronics and control systems, dynamic p.f. control is in practice (in steel rolling mills) to maintain unity p.f. always.
