As A TL its our basic thing that you should know well your
each team member personally & professionally, then only you
can decide whether to treat them as friend or leader to get
your goals. Then only your team member grows and you along
with your organization. Keep monitoring them and interact on
regular basis some time treat them as their family member
show them I CARE ATTITUDE, things automatically will be in
right place.
