Two rules will help do without Maths & Calculator:
* 3dB double (W) Pwr
* 10dB is 10 x (W) Pwr
So, given that 1W equals 30dBm
40dBm will equal 10W.
Adding 3dB you get 20W at 43dBm
so with 16W you are somwhere round 41,5dBm.
