I currently have a B1-Business Visa, and i used it. Can i
apply for an L1 visa after using the B1 visa? will there be a
cool down period before applying the other visa?

There is no connection between L1 and B1, L1 is an intra
company transfer visa which is a different catagory.
So, you can apply for L1 any time provided you meed the
requirements of L1 Visa such as working atleast for 1 year+
in parent/subsidary/group.
Kindly ask your company to appoint an attorny to get an
hassle free visa.

I have my Visa Interview scheduled next week.My problem is that I have only applied to one university because I have made my home work on all the universities that offer my course work and I finally applied to this univeristy and got a admission decision in 2 weeks that I am admitted to the program for fall 2103. My question is that,will there be a problem, if the visa officer asks me what are the other universities that I applied apart form this?

I am having 6.5 years of experience in IT and presently I am working in a reputed MNC. My company is soon going to apply for L1A for me. The reason I am worried because, the first company where I worked almost 2.7 years sold there business and presently there are no existence of it. My L1 Blanket petition got rejected stating the Reason - Not clearly approvable. The option that they have selected on the blue form is : Your blanket L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2 (I) (ii) (D ) and INA 101 (a) (15) (L). You may not reapply using the same petition, but may reapply as the beneficiary of an approved individual petition. Can someone suggest me what should be my next approach . What type of visa should i reapply for ?
