Can my uncle can sponsor my US education? Since my father
is expired as my mother is not working, My mothers bother I
mean my uncle can he finance my studies I mean can his
sponsor will be allowed with any restrictions of getting
visa?

yes your auncle can sponsor you,but he should provide
correct documents for proving his sponsorship.any one can
sponsor you from any part of the world but the only thing
you should keep in mind his you should provide them a
correct documents

My elder sister and elder brother are citizens of USA. My parents have greencard of USA. My immigration visa has been filed but it will take a couple of years more to get it processed. I have never applied for visa till now. I got the visa based on my admission in a university in Texas. That means that it is mentioned in my passport (visa page). Can i get entry into US from any other state other than Texas.i intend to go to my sis's place from where i will go to my university. My travel agent told i will not be allowed. hi every one, actually i got my admission n also get the date of interview which is 15 december 08. i am going to u all that if i ill get visa, am i capable to start in january session 09, actually my consulate said me if u ill get ur visa, u r capable to start your studies in may 09 session, is that?

Hello, I have been approved for Ph.D with full funding and i have a minor with me. So, should I file his application for F2 (that is the dependent VIsa) with me F1 application or fill it later once i get approved for F1 and then go for drop box option? I have got an I-20. But due to some paper problem i am not able to take an interview date for M1 us visa and my i20 is going to expire on 27th July (before i have to report). What should i do now. It will take time to complete my paper work. Should i get new i20 or is there any way to extend it?
