Can we have dependency between to bugs in test director?
Like : Bug #10 is dependent on Bug #1

The term dependency is very vague here. Are you meaning
only if Bug#1 is closed then we can execute Bug#10???
Here is the scenario. I'm raising Bug#1. Another person has
raised Bug#10. Bug #10 can be dependent on Bug#1. And when
the new build is delivered after a fix. Bug#1 needs to
tested again followed by Bug#10. This is the procedure that
needs to be followed
