i have a dataset with 100 obs i want to generate title from 20th obs onwards with total observations. that should contain 100 obs.dont use firstobs and dnt split the data. use dataset block or proc report? how can we genarate;

Hello, I have PROC SQLs results group by 3 fields and I use SUM and COUNT functions in SQL. The problem is when I try to display my result with PROC TABULATE. I am getting very big numbers. I believe I make a mistake some where in Tabulate. Here is my Proc Tabulate.
