A 5V capacitor means that the capacitor stores 5 volts tat
is while charging(is the basic operation of a capacitor),
the peak voltage that the capacitor can charge is 5V . and
after some time, discharges to 0V. This operation takes
place continuously with respect to time.
5V battery means that the voltage that the battery can
provide is 5V which is constant with respect to time.
