sales is the process by which company sells their product
without taking care of their needs and wants.
Marketing is a process of understanding the needs and wants
of the customer and available the desired product to the
customer in returned to the companies profit
It is customer oriented process.
sales is simply the selling out of products by the company.
It is company's oriented process.
