Experience on Microsoft Windows servers
Microsoft Outlook configuration and troubleshooting issues
relatively.
Experience in handling/creating service tickets in huge volume.
Experience on Windows Active directory
Knowledge working on Citrix.
Experience in working with Enterprise customers/clients
