BLS is a statement which the financial position of an
organization on a specific date.
In B/S there are two sides
No.1 Liabilities
No.2 Assets
We record all the assets on debit side(right side) While all
the liabilities and Owner's equty on the credit side(left
side) of the BLS.

Short falls in cash balance are made good by borrowing from banks. The interest received as well as paid is to be ignored.
