in my views HR is backbone of any organisation or comapny.
entire work from interview till joining and training etc.
HR is multi-task person & entire responsibility is on his
shoulder of any comapny related to employee.he take care of
resolving problems of employees.he interact with so many
peoples (later he come to how is the person and wheather
h/she is good for company or not.)
