Whenever an external force is acting on a body, an internal
resistance is setup in that body. This internal resisitance
offered by the body per unit area is called stess.
Stress = load/unit area.
The unit is N/mm2 (S.I.Unit)
Types : 1.Tensile stess
2.Compressive stress
3.Shear stress
4.Bending stress
