switchgear is simply a protected bus bar against short ckt,
earth fault, overcurrent & under frequency.
Moreover you can monitor Voltage, current, frequency, pf,
KVARs & kw locally & remotely.
bypassing advantage in the switchgear which means
transferring one feeder load to another breaker on the same
switch gear in case of that feeder breaker failure.
