GUI testing will be done in manual testing for a website
There should be some screen shots or requirement
specification which we should follow as it is.
And for button sizes, font,font size ,colours used,placing
of links,objects and the placing of the objects in the page
should be followed some standards/SRS.
To do manually you should right click on page and "view
source" you will gel all the information about gui object
including colors fonts using that info verify expected one.
