Which is more basic among pyridiene and piperidene
Answer Posted / karunakarreddy
aliphatic amines r more basic than the aromatic.but here d
availbility of free elctrons is almost same.but here we
justyfy d basicity by hybridisation only. in piperdine
carbon atoms are in sp3 form comming to py carbons are in
sp2 form so s% more it can pull electrons present on
nitrogen towards so d availbilityof electrons are decease
in py
so it is lessbasic than piperdine where s% is less pulling
of elctrons on nitrogen is less.so more basic
