How can we calculate one operator can 2 to 3 machine?
Is it any calculation for this.

The calculation is dependent on the operations cycle times,
if you are doing line balancing on the basis of
machine/operations cycle time check the under utilize OR
excessive utilize work content and distribute it
accordingly, if 2~3 operations have very less time in
sequance with the next operation, one operator can perform
on 2 or 3 machines to make the more efficent line.
