i am a student from nepal applying for f-1 student visa to
study in usa. i have sufficent funds for study purpose with
my maternal uncle being a sponsor from US. i have some ties
to the country like, property, assets, and i am the only
son. but there is only one problem i have score 62.13% in
SLC but in 10+2 it is only 52.60% and IELTS score of 6.0.
that means i am not a serious student, can this problem
cause for the denial of visa, please answer it, if no then
please suggest me what to do? or please provide me a reason
for " why low marks "

Hi, I have a L1B filed by my employer which is valid till 10/10/10. I quit my employer few months back and the L1B is not valid. I am planning to take up Higher studies in US and apply for F1 Student visa. I am concerned that being in India, will I be able to apply for F1 with L1B valid till 10/10? I believe i need to cancel the L1B and I am wondering how to proceed with the cancellation. Please advise!
I got 3 rejection 2 in july & one in aug all 3 times i went 4 NYIT for pursuing my Master in computer science. I have done BBA & MEB (Master of E-business) now i ll try in december but this time i have change my uni as well as course This time i ll go for bridgeport uni and my course is MS in Technology mgt, so what would be my ans this time when they ask me why you have change your course? I got the visa based on my admission in a university in Texas. That means that it is mentioned in my passport (visa page). Can i get entry into US from any other state other than Texas.i intend to go to my sis's place from where i will go to my university. My travel agent told i will not be allowed.
