NTFS Support latest operating system like win xp,
Win 2003 etc...and
FAT support old operating system like win 98,nt etc
You can convert FAT to NTFS but you can not convert
NTFS to FAT that is important.
FAT system can not support security but NTFS support
latest security & large sige of partition.
