who will infrom the testers when the build is ready to test
from developement side?

I really appreciate all the answers. Congrats.
We use a internal portal called 'Team City'.
Which can be accessed by developers and tester. A message pops to all the users of Team City when ever a new change is Kick Off.
We have two builds. One is the DVD build another one is Continuous build. DVD build is the complete package. Continuous is the latest changes. If you are in DVD build and you want to have the latest changes, we take continuous build (In fact it is combination of all the dlls)and replace with the existing dlls installed. Now your build consist of very latest changes made by the developers.
So, here we trying to reduce the pain of intimation. Nobody needs to anybody.
