Well this is one of the typical concern i struggle with too
as far as my strength is concern
1) I'm Pretty flexible with my work
2) I'm pretty receptive to Feedback as this way you learn
the best
3) Being adaptble to the company Dynamics
Weekness ;
1) Need to learn Time management
2) Work more diffrent ways to provide feedback to
Subordinates
