I have a boyfriend who is Mexican and is interested in coming to the US to study English ( he has a degree in international relations). He's interested in studying at a language school. If he chooses to study part time he can study under a visitors visa. Which would be easier to obtain given that he recently has been working in france for 9 months. Also would it hurt or harm him to say that i would sponsor him?

I HAVE APPLIED FOR US STUDENT VISA IN DECEMEBR 16. I GOT REJECTION. NOW I AM GOING TO APPLY SECOND TIME IN FEBRUARY. My toefl score was 78 but I scored very poorly in GRE in both my attempts.But the application requirement was to show toefl score only,I got an admission with an assistantship and now duirng my interview I am planning not to show my GRE score?what if the consular ask me why I havent given GRE cause it seems like mandatory for doing MS?In that case what should my answer be?

Hi, My friends F-1 VISA is refused 3 times in year 2008 by US CONSULATE MUMBAI, INDIA (for SUNY Binghamton). Today was her 3rd time and after rejecting the VISA Officer said to her that she can not apply again for VISA. When can she reapply for VISA? Can she apply for same University? Is she allowed to apply only 3 times a year? If it is so then can she apply in January 2009 (college commences on Jan 15th 2009). Thanking you in advance, Anant

Dear , thanks for helping me out with all the informations provided in this website. i got rejected for f1 visa twice in this month (dec) in Hyderabad vo said ur not elgible for student visa vat i have to do now (i got less scores gre 810 btech 55% and having 10 backlogs but for the gre i got letter from ets mentioning that there is problem with the validation of my exam thats why they are offering me to re test for the free of cost) i want to apply for the next time in Chennai vat will u suggest me thank u
