What would happen if the suction pressure is low in a

whjerever the suction side flow is lower than the discharge
then it will lead to starvation of the pump and hence lead
to cavitation. thas the reasopn the pipe suction side of
the pump are usually one side larger then the discharge
side of trhe pum;p
