What is rate of tax applicable in absence of central
declaration form in state of Haryana. against "C" form rate
is 4% & Local VAT is 12.5%. Pl. help.

you can charge 12.5% Tax without c form & with c form 4% in
case of Interstate Sales

What is the eligibility criteria of C-Form(Manufacturing goods of borewell bits, Hammers, Drilling Tools and Air compressors, etc..). If such company will purchase safety shoes, buyer can eligible to issue C-Form?
