Depreciation has no ties with Capital/Revenue
Expenditures, but simply it Reflects the Actual
BOOK VALUE of a certain Fixed Asset. A Depreciation
Schedule is prepared for this Asset, and its Debited
to its expense a/c either monthly or yearly.
