Constituents of food:
Every day, we eat varieties of small food item like idly,
dosa, chapatti, greens, vegetables, fruit and milk.
The nutrients like carbohydrates, proteins,lipids, vitamins
and mineral salts are present in these food item and they
perfrm some importance functions.
