LOOKING 4 URGENT RESPONSE: hii frenzz..

i'm confused of the mandatory condition of having a HMV
license. i.e., i already crossed the 3 yrs of LMV
requirement condition but what exactly is the condition of
"HMV endorsement". IS that like v must get that HMV
license? or an extension of lmv stating that we'll get the
HMV license in few more months?

Please explain this clearly frenzzzzzzz........... This mi8
create a prob later 4 any such similar doubt..
