hi, i was denied for my visa on august 14th. I think i made
4 mistaken.
All i want to ask are..
1. Is wearing casual clothes is wrong?
2. The sponsor of mine, is my uncle, not my parents, is it
mistake?
3. I don't have TOEFL score yet, but my college said that i
can take TOEFL in US, am i must take TOEFL before get interview?

hi i was in usa. i finished my MBA, finish my OPT and start Phd. but that university been closed and our SEVIS record been frozen. i came back to country. my question is that if i get new I-20 and new Sevis Record, can i go back to usa on these papers. i have valid F1 visa for 9 months. please mail me back ASAP. sehzk@yahoo.com
I got the visa based on my admission in a university in Texas. That means that it is mentioned in my passport (visa page). Can i get entry into US from any other state other than Texas.i intend to go to my sis's place from where i will go to my university. My travel agent told i will not be allowed. My elder sister and elder brother are citizens of USA. My parents have greencard of USA. My immigration visa has been filed but it will take a couple of years more to get it processed. I have never applied for visa till now.
