sucession planning consists of identifying the key &
critical positions in the company . for theses positions we
identify the people who would be taking up these
responsibilities in future. These individuals are trained &
developed , continuously mentored and the gaps are bridged.
Career mapping is the process where in the employees
competency and skills are mapped to the opportunities in the
organisation by taking in account his aspirations . proper
career chart drawn for the individuals nad appropriate
training is given to prepare them to take up these
responsibilties
