Management means to get the work done through other by
optimum utilization of all available resources depending
upon their ability & capability.
Some of the functions of Management are----
Planning, organizing, coordinating, executing, monitoring,
recruiting, validation, appraisal, budgeting and controlling
Administration: Frames Policy and guidelines for smooth
functioning of the Organization, either it is for employees
well being or work related.
Management: Accountable & responsible for growth of any
organization by virtue of their technical and Managing
ability.
Organization: All people working together for common
objective in an organization
