If basic HR function like recruitment, training are
outsoureced then, why do companies have their own HR
department?
Answer Posted / preity
Hi!
Hr department is the backbone of a company bcz manageing
the human resource i.e Balancing demand & supply of human
resource in a company as per the current and future
requirement all these activities is just done by hr
department of the company .In this era where company is
looking for more productive employee for better outcome and
for this its required that outsource the best talent if u
can,But outsourcing is not a symbol of succesful
competative advantage and at this point its essential to
take care all these thing whether your company is into
outsorcing or not.Every business has some kind of funtions
like sales& marketing, accounting,hr over which its exist
and u can't ignored the base of any business bcz its not a
oneday activity.
