selection of load case for design of structures is depends
on designer. generally select those load case which give max
Mz My & Py (**but it differ structures to structures). But
some time we select those L/C, whose probability of
occurring is more.for example, in mountainous area we select
those combination which contain snow load along with other
primary loads.
