What is Recruitment?
Answer Posted / daniel
As per my understanding, recruitment is a process where a
vacant position against a specific job requirement is being
filled up by the most suitable candidate among the
applicants! The process starts when a position becomes
vacant as per the approved HC where a new position is being
created to cater a specific need!
It starts with the requisition from the respective dept and
ends when the selected candidate actually joins in the new
role.
