I had my H1-B visa interview today (29th October 2009), my
interview went well however i was sent back with my
passport and 221g form saying my title did not show up in
their system and as soon as it does i have to submit my
passport to get my visa stamped. Has anyone come a/c with
this kind of issue??

Hi,
It is not an big issue.The problem is with the pims
database.Ur petition has not been found by the consular
officer in his system.Once it is updated u again go for
stamping.Call embassy for the update

I am working here with a software company for 3 years but before 6 months it was taken over by another concern and now all my revisal letter and pay slip will have both the companies name logo etc..... my questions is.. Hi,My husband is approved for H1B visa and he needed to book for interview on September to go in October. He was once rejected B1 visa on March same year but we lost the paper and do not exactly remeber the reason of rejection but we know that it was because there was no enough ties for him in the UK and they were doubtful about if he would come back or not. If we cannot provide them the right reason, will they reject our visa. We have only got the papers which say that his H1B visa is approved.Please reply. Tina

Hi All, I got H1B in the year 2008 and i have been there for 5 months and had my SSN and DL and i didnt hold any paystrubs and due to market down fall i was back to india and now am i eligible to apply in the same cap or need to go through fresh H1B filing. If fersh H1B filing what would be the questions as i dont have any paystrubs or will they ask about my previous working history. Kindly please suggest me in this regard. Thanks, Venkat
