hi, my name is ankita, currently i m working with mdlr
airlines as a ground staff since may 2008, my work profile
there is to make reservation & ticketing including
booking ,rebooking , cancellation ,& refunds.as such my
professional qualifications are concern i have done one
year diploma in aviation & hospitality management course as
well as i have the knowledge of ms office.now about my
acedemic qualifications:- presently i m persuing my
graduation with the field of competer science from ignou.
as such my strength are concern i m very optimist $ quick
learner
