The most small companies use functionally organised departments in order to maintain higher level of efficiency , with each department responsible for discharging its given set of duties itself , which also helps in maintaining proper time management as well as , meeting official deadlines . Apart from that , this kind of system gives more transparency to the working of an Organisation .
