Sterile condition is available in Laminar air flow chamber.
while doing experiments of tissue culture like nodule
formation, root induction, seed inoculation special
precautions are to be taken to prevent fungal infection and
bacterial infection which hinder their growth. Hence due to
HEPA filters present in laminar flow which prevent air
inflow hence microorganisms too, its use must in laboratory.
