SEBI is a regulatory body formed by the Government of India
to regulate the securities market, and to protect the
interest of investors in the securities.
It was the result of the 1990-1991 stock exchange scams.

why you want to join SBI as a clerk when you are qualified enough for the post of an Officer? Don't you think you are over qualified for the job of a clerk?
