TDS means Tax deducted at sources.The person who is to
receive the income must apply sufficiently in advance of
receipt of income. The application to the assesing officer
is to be made in form No-13. If the officer is satisfied
with the total income this person justifies, then he shall
issue an appropriate certificate to the payer.
