did any one appear the Deputy field officer main exam
conducted by CABINET SECRETARIAT on 19th October? when will
its result publish? we do not have any idea regarding the
number of vacancies, nature of interview, method of
selection , cut off marks etc.is there any authentic
reply ....

First of all I would like to clarify that Deputy Field
Officer (General Duty) is a GROUP-'B' Non Gazetted Post in
the Pay Band -2 of Rs.9300-34800/- with a Grade Pay of
Rs.4200/- (Pre revised pay scale of Rs. 5500-9000/-). The
intial basic pay will be Rs.13500/- on which all the
allowances will be counted. Some body posted in Delhi and
taking into account the revised rate of DA the Gross Salary
will be Rs. 26,500/- with a in hand of about Rs.25,000/-.
Secondly, I would like to suggest somebody who is already
in some multinational corporate getting some good perks
should not think of coming here.
Even then if you are willing to join it be prepared to in
the remotest parts of India but abroad too.
