for evocation of bankes authority to pay a cheque drawn on
him by his customer, narrate the circumstances under which
this authority is revoked.

The duty and authority of a banker to pay a cheque drawn on
him by his customer are determined by-
(1) countermand of payment(Stop Payment);
(2) notice of the customer's death;
(3) notice of adjudication of the customer as an insolvent.
