is tht negative is been connectd or where it is grounded...?

There are two line called Catenary wire and Contact wire.
Both are power lines. we feed voltage to catenary and Pento
of Engine is in contact with Contact wire. In between lines
there are Dropper wires. This is Phase and Neutral connects
from Track. This is Single phase supply
